Never been much for large diamond gems

Too ostentatious is how I see them

Masses of stones on a person’s hand

I would prefer a simple gold band

Romance and love is the key

No need of expensive proof to me

Colors of amethyst, amber or garnet

Sapphires or emeralds would be my target.

We were all hoping for brevity as the so-called modern era of music enfolded at the retreat. The entire theme of the retreat was to be surrounded by quiet reflection. All of that came full stop when Mick walked up on stage to sing.
