1. Spinach, no fuss, no cleaning or pruning needed for a favorite vegetable – “I yam what I yam”💪🏻
2. Peaches, since my favorite Palisade peaches from Colorado have a short season
3. Smallest cans of Bush’s baked beans, excellent snack dish.
4. Classico tomato and basil sauce, delicious and handy for a quick meal
5. Green beans, family favorite, easy to prepare

Q for quick, which is a way of life for most in US cities, everyone hurrying here and there to work, school, shop, etc. even with a virus, the city never stops. My son and family moved from Denver to a small village in France a year ago. He had worked in a hectic lifestyle for thirty of his fifty years and decided it was time for a change.
A complete turnaround in lifestyle as they went from a high rise apartment to an ancient abandoned abode built in 1811. It is fascinating to me! What an adventure and I’m proud of them following a dream and making it happen.
Their quiet country atmosphere now reminds me of where I grew up and I’m so happy they are able to experience it.

I chose this. It seemed like the best decision for both of us, but now as I watch the shoreline disappear, my heart is full of sadness. Maybe it would have worked, being away for long periods of time, but I just couldn’t take the chance. It’s the life I chose before we met.
