Reading or watching a book/show that has all the good elements, wit and humor preferred. Laughing with my daughter and her daughters. 3. Of course and help them achieve them if possible. 4. Honestly? Not very well. I grew up with it and as an old adult I don’t want to hear it. 5. Yes! 6. To look disgusting. 7. I don’t know. 8. I listen to lots of audio books but I like Netflix for the fact they don’t charge extra fees to watch movies. 9. I suppose. I’m not a patient person!
She gritted her teeth and began the climb. This wasn’t the first time she had fallen out of the chair, and probably not the last. She of course knew better than to bend down low to retrieve something she dropped. It had started to be more frequent as arthritic fingers refused to cooperate. If she left it on the floor she’d probably just roll over it and cause a bigger mess, but she was really looking forward to it. When taking the foil covering off the mini peppermint candy, the chocolate disk popped out to the floor. She was short and the chair was too. She wasn’t exactly hurt, yet. Foolishness aside, she now had to figure a way to get back up into the chair. She placed the chair against the cupboards, locked the wheels, and shifted to a closer position. She could do this, had to, because no way was she calling 911 to say she’d fallen and couldn’t get up. Her grandson, a firefighter, told her that many of their calls are for that reason. Her arms were strong, legs useless, but determination was her savior.

Joe’s angrybehavior lately was not an inherent trait. In today’s encounter with his mother-in-law, he hoped the news would soothe the entire situation. The need to be polite and placid was on the agenda and even his wife would be pleased. A lot of people have a “thing”about water. In Colorado we had good tasting water, we never really questioned if it was good for us. In Houston the water was so chlorinated you couldn’t drink it right out of the tap. Our son in law worked finding areas to set up mini windmills in different areas of Texas. He also could set up these water mills that provided filtered water very cheap, and maintained these mills as well. We learned about some of the extensive filtration system. We started using the water and it tasted good.
Here in Wyoming, where I live, the water to most people isn’t good. Being the cantankerous person I am, I refuse to spend money on bottled water. If I go out and buy tea or juice drinks so popular now, I save the glass bottle, put it in the dishwasher and fill it with tap water and refrigerate it. It tastes great and recycles the bottles.
Growing up in Vermont, of course we had great water. I remember watching my dad do water witching. That’s another story. Side note. Did anyone see CBS morning news on Friday? There seems to be an over zealous reblogger who is filling the Reader with blog posts not written by themselves. I would prefer seeing the vivid posts by persons I choose to follow instead. I don’t want to upset or cause defeat to anyone, but where are the regular bloggers most of us follow? If you choose to visit this (blogger)’s site there is nothing there.
