“I want a Lawyer”

Unusually, a smile in a picture frame bothers me, seeing the insincerity behind it; the secret ambivalent attitude. But this is the political arena and the elected want to appear an optimist, regaling triumphs to their constituents. Of course they always have their lawyer’s number on speed dial.

5 Word Challenge

***

I can be obstinate, actually bound to it by my heritage. I don’t claim to be an expert on anything, well unless you are talking about bladder cancer and I am one on that subject, after eight years of the experience . Perusing the daily grind of harrowing news, this blurb not only takes the cake, but the entire dessert menu!😡

😡😡😡

Love is In Da Blog 3

A Love Song For Ukraine and all other countries troubled by violence

When I think of war I think of all the young lives destroyed over wars and this sad song:

We starve, look at one another short of breath,
Walking proudly in our winter coats,
Wearing smells from laboratories,
Facing a dying nation of moving paper fantasy,
Listening for the new told lies with supreme visions of
Lonely tunes.
Somewhere, inside something, there is a rush of
Greatness.
Who knows what stands in front of our lives;
I fashion my future on films in space.
Silence tells me secretly everything, everything.

Manchester England, England
Manchester England, England
(Eyes look your last)
Across the Atlantic sea
(Arms, take your last embrace)
And I'm a genius, genius
(And lips, owe you the 'dors)
I believe in god
(Of breath. seal with a righteous kiss)
And I believe that god believes in Claude,
(Seal with a righteous kiss)
That's me. that's me.
(The rest is silence)
That's me.
(The rest is silence)
That's me.
(The rest is silence)

We starve, look at one another short of breath,
Walking proudly in our winter coats,
Wearing smells from laboratories,
Facing a dying nation of moving paper fantasy,
Listening for the new told lies with supreme visions of
Lonely tunes.

Singing our space songs on a spider web sitar,
"life is around you and in you."
Answer for Timothy Leary, deary.

Let the sun shine,
Let the sunshine in,
The sun shine in.

Let the sun shine,
Let the sunshine in,
The sun shine in.

Talking Trash

Jerky joshing juniors jungle

Blatant bitter babble bungle

Trying temporary tactless twitter

Jaundiced jarring jangle jittered

Tacky tidbits tirelessly taken

Sparring sentences suggestively spoken

Waffling wackos wagging woken

Truthful targets tensely twined

Iconic ideals ignorantly inclined

What’s the world coming to?

Reena’s Exploration Challenge #266 Collage

Love is often captured in a moment or a lifetime
The mediocre dream—world keeps turning even though we are static, untrue
Love doesn’t work that way
Lasting love requires adapting, fitting together, acceptance
A commitment of time
