“Don’t you have any sense? Those costumes have been down in the cellar for years! They’re probably moldy; in fact I think those are the scents we’re smelling now!”
“Well what’s your suggestion then? Going to a costume seller and spending mucho dollars and cents on a paper one? It won’t last a half hour when we go to that party, and then we’ll look like all the other losers who didn’t wear one.”
Joe put his hand on his brother’s shoulder, “okay, okay, let’s see if mom can clean them enough to wear.”
