I always try to look ahead
Looking back is useless
What I could or should have done
I hope remains unsaid
The horizon is welcoming
A new day, maybe sunny
I take it all with a grain of salt
Hoping something will be funny.
Humor is important
I use it everyday
Like this — trying to rhyme
Oh. . .just look away!
I often post a warning
“These words are not so great”
But just like frozen peas
They just sit there on my plate.

The Bag Lady 
You remind me of the peas I wanted my daughter to eat when she was a kid. Shel didn’t want to eat. We left her at the table but watching her. She fell asleep. 😀
