I had the concept

From an early age

Reading books

This would be my life.

Somehow it all was lost

The view sullied

Dreams come true

Disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Clouds rolled over the sun

Bitterness wanted to prevail

Faith and hope a saving grace

Now at peace.
