My eyes started to blink wildly as years of no light rejected the tiny sample. The doctor said the secret was to tap into my mind and train my new vision a bit at a time. Left alone in a world of darkness, I could only feel the heat of the sun on the window glass, failing to paint a picture of it. Now I am meeting it full force.
