Every couple of minutes I get a junk text, “report and delete junk” pushed and it never stops…that’s one…second is the so called helper chat…anyone ever have anything settled by those? Third…oh yes there’s more but I’ll just let you watch the video. “Network” was made in 1976…47 years ago!
“In this lauded satire, veteran news anchorman Howard Beale (Peter Finch) discovers that he’s being put out to pasture, and he’s none too happy about it. After threatening to shoot himself on live television, instead he launches into an angry televised rant, which turns out to be a huge ratings boost for the UBS network. This stunt allows ambitious producer Diana Christensen (Faye Dunaway) to develop even more outrageous programming, a concept that she takes to unsettling extremes.”
I don’t think I can do any blogging today, I’m too mad.

1. How many times per week do you post? Do you post multiple times a day? If so, how many? Yes, and whenever I can.
2. How many blogs do you follow?Right now, I don’t know because looking it up has changed. Odd that if I follow a new to me person the status showed I can’t do it🤪
3. Do you read all the blogs you follow every day? If not, how often do you read other blogs? I read blogs on email mostly and the reader a few days a week
4. Do you seek out new blogs to follow? If so, how do you find them? I love getting new viewers on my blog posts and try to follow them if they are not a business, etc.
5. Do you comment on the blogs you read? If not, why? Do you respond to all the comments left on your blog? I usually comment if I have something to say😂
6. Do you ever close comments on a blog you post? If so, why? No
7. Do you ever unfollow someone? If so, why? Yes and did do today to two people. Because they never visit my blog.
8. What content inspires you to follow a blogger? Different reasons
9. What content turns you off from following someone? Too morose
10. How important is it to you that you add a photo to every post? I like to add photos if it helps with the story or poem
11. Leave me a link for one blogger (other than yourself) that you think I should check out. elainesblog57@gmail.com
It was truly sinful to stare sideways or malinger to punctuate his coworker’s bad fortune. He too, could have been banned from promotion, but he had been savvy enough to keep his affair with the boss’s wife “under the radar”.

I have chosen words or situations for this week’s prompt from Baba Vanga’s predictions for 2023.
You need not use the words verbatim. You can use one or more of the situations as a stimulus for imagination, and base your piece on it.

Helen looked again at her reflection in the mirror, not sure of what she saw. It seemed like there was sort of a gray cast to her skin and that just wouldn’t do. She was to be on the air in 10 minutes. Helen was the on the go reporter for CNN and had to be in any disaster type situation any time they called.
Today she received an early morning call, saying that there had been an unusual disturbance among people in a small town near the Canadian border. Since she lived in Oregon, she was the first chosen to report.
She glanced once more in the mirror and thought it must be a reflection of the light inside the CNN trailer. Once out in the sun, she forgot all about it, especially when she saw the chaos that was surrounding her.
Talking to various people, she realized no one had really known what happened, except that they woke up to a dark gray cloud, and then a sudden silence fell over the whole town.
Helen knew exactly what it was. The week before Helen had seen a report of similar events in a small town that had been determined to be under a biohazard attack.
She like many of her coworkers agreed, this was the start of Putin’s endeavor to take over world power.

At least they would if I could ever find any like them 🙄
