Besides Thanksgiving (in the USA) what’s one thing you’re looking forward to in November? A trip to the Denver Acquarium to visit Marcellus again

Do you like candles? Your favorite scent? How often do you burn a candle in your home? Every day. My current favorite is “coffee and whiskey” from bath and body

What gadgets did you use today? Lint filter cleaner for the clothes dryer

This question is a repeat from one asked in November of 2014, but I liked it so it’s coming round again. Many of you weren’t here in 2014. Okay, you can have fifty pounds of something (anything but money)…what will you choose? Also, since I mentioned it…what were you up to in November of 2014? Hmmm, fifty pounds of potatoes which I would give to the food bank

MLMM Wordle

The air lurked with an ethereal feel. The copper hued spider manifested a virtual web surrounding me. The silky trap expanded till it was towering above and around me. I tried to align my feet to the floor but it seemed to vanish. I had been enchanted by the rusty eight legged wraith and not in any way pleasant. I threw my arms out trying to hold onto something to keep from being dragged by its web. My flailings were earnest, but it was not until my companion yelled “duck” that I could scramble free. He grabbed a can of Raid from somewhere in the kitchen and sprayed the huge predator until it disappeared.

Here are this week’s questions (which are nothing to do with Halloween):

  1. Do you have carpets, rugs, laminating flooring, tiles, or wooden floors (or something else) in your property I have a laminated floor with carpet in the bedroom only in my apartment. With the wheelchair I wish there was no carpet at all.
  2. Do you have a bathtub and separate shower, or a combination of the two? I have an open shower with a bench to sit on.
  3. What is your favourite room of the house, and why? I guess the living room.
  4. How many televisions do you have? One.

Gratitude: I am grateful to have had a wonderful time yesterday with family, played a new game, and watched my 17 month old great granddaughter tear out a few dvd cases😂. Luckily I had kept a box of sticky plastic blocks out of storage.
