A garnet is my favorite, an unassuming color – reddish brown is my choice. I had a ring I named my piano ring because the stone was placed on a gold band looking like the top of a grand piano was partly opened. I still have this ring but my arthritic fingers won’t accept its placement. My own birthstone is a sapphire and my husband’s was the garnet.

No I do not have a camera and my old iPhone is not like the new ones that take beautiful pictures. I love dragonflies and I was just sitting out in the sun a couple of days ago and this very large dragonfly came over and it’s like flirting with me I was surprised because I love watching them and it was such a treat – thank you for your always positive comments
