The slightly old sexist version and my first thought (my bad as the kids say) was a woman’s stature, usually followed by “36,24,38”. Figure is also used as a “fine figure of a man” – notice the difference? Is it just me or are women always going to be judged by their looks? Take a president – not a fine figure in any way, just for argument’s sake…notice how beautiful blonde women seem to hold offices that they are unqualified for? Don’t even start! I’ll leave before I get really hostile.
