Making a Point
Joe splattered the wall lightly, keeping the bright vision of the rainbow clear and prominent. His idea was to enjoin all the colors but make the background image of the rainbow still stand out. Every color he could imagine would be somewhere on the image. Joe purposefully painted the rainbow in its brilliant colors first and then wanted all of the other colors represented.
