  1. So much food is processed now, the key I suppose is the shelf life. Milk used to go off after a few days, now you can buy it with a two week shelf life, so are we drinking milk or something synthetic? The additives to bread is a worry so we are now making our own. What’s good for you one week is bad the next and now they have banned adverts for foods heavy in fat and sugars until after 9pm to address the child obesity issue. What they do not appreciate is that some families cannot afford ‘healthier options’.
