We show our apathy, with our silent wish for peace. The death of democracy will be our own fault if we do not speak up, vote, and tell our congress people to get their act together! They are elected by us, paid by us, and should represent us with the backing of the constitution. What’s been going on since Trump surfaced has been a puppet clown show with him pulling the strings. I’m reminded of a fake (Latin) phrase—Illegitimi non carborundum—supposedly meaning “don’t let the bastards grind you down”.
