Here are this week’s questions:
1. If you are feeling below par and a bit down, how do you lift your spirits? Talking to my kids or grandkids.
2. Do you believe that laughter is the best medicine?I think laughter is essential in life.
3. What makes you smile? Well, this for instance:

4. Do you have a ‘comfort’ food. Lots of them😂
Gratitude: I am grateful to have gotten together with almost all of the family yesterday for my son-in-law’s 30th Father’s Day❤️

Here are this week’s questions:
1. If you are feeling below par and a bit down, how do you lift your spirits?
Answer:
With more spirits. Heavy drinking as a solution to life’s problems is a simple response much maligned by medical practitioners, psychologists, psychiatrists, religious zealots and ‘wellness’ gurus everywhere. But ask yourself why – is it not possible that this ancient remedy might put them all out of business?
2. Do you believe that laughter is the best medicine?
Answer:
Absolutely! And there’s nothing like a few drinks to get things started.
3. What makes you smile?
Answer:
See (1) and (2), above.
4. Do you have a ‘comfort’ food.
Answer:
Not a ‘food’ as such. But I would recommend the occasional intake of food with one’s drinking. In moderation, of course.

I expect as much…I admit a glass of plum wine would be very uplifting☺️
