Congress members who are brash and uninformed don’t fit this word. They refuse to accept any ideas not originated from their “upbringing”—possibly causing some of their poor decisions, but if they choose to be elected to an office of the United States government where their decisions effect all citizens, then that is not enough! Well educated congressmen are needed.
