Calling all Dog Owners

My grand dog Bonnie has a second torn ACL. I was wondering if any of you know if this might work or any advice. She’s only seven and a wonderful dog. The operations are prohibitively expensive.Her legs both shake when standing and trying to hobble walk.

I would much appreciate any words of advice or help. Thank you!
