Apparently the board of directors of the company that owns the complex I’m living in now has decided there is no need for an on-site manager or maintenance person and if I try to call for any information, the phone rings about ten times before a clueless offsite employee answers.
Is this type of efficiency a result of at home work during the pandemic? Are you having these same problems? Every business is hiring and no one’s applying? This facility is for people age fifty and older and it’s teeming with old people, some disabled and some mentally deficient. So whoyagonnacall??

this is not good! My friend in colorado is having similar problems. She has mice and management won’t call in an exterminator. X

That’s awful that you’re having so many problems and no wheelchair access that’s just terrible

Thanks. I just hope they get a local person to do it

What a ridiculous situation, some jobs can’t be done from home. I hope you get your maintenance person back again.
