“I’m teaching you this lesson to lessen your ignorance of forest flora and fauna. This is lichen. See how it grows on rocks and trees looking like a mold? It is beautiful but you can liken it to an invasive species that is a fungus/algae that spreads on its host and some are poisonous to humans and animals”.
