Hot fudge sauce/fondue

Here you go, Judy over at This Colorado Cache recipe I used when catering, a big hit. Enjoy!

Hot Fudge Sauce 1 pint

1/2 cup cocoa

1 cup sour cream

1 and 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in a double boiler and cook over boiling water for about an hour, stirring, occasionally. The sauce will be thick and will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
