Fifty Shades of Grave

They call him a monster, an insatiable knave

He circles cemeteries for the bodies he craves

His vision is often misconstrued

Some think him an angel to be pursued

His vapor is sickenly sweet

He wraps himself around a victim’s feet

And then so smoothly they think they are saved

Suddenly takes them to join in his grave

By the time he is done with his vicious eating

The mourners are also his meal, completed

If you’re near a tombstone on All Hallows’ eve

Be cautious and don’t believe what you see

This monster disguised is waiting for you

To add flavor and spice to his ghoulish stew.
