I don’t mean to constantly jab

To evoke a laugh or two

But noticed McConnell today

Is wearing a mask now, too.

Is this what it takes for people to see

Oh yeah, maybe I remember all those parties

Thinking no-maskers were the only smarties

Maybe the docs were right all along

We shouldn’t have followed the president’s song-

It’s not serious, it will disappear

I have it under control my dear-

Now tweeting from his hospital bed

Thinking what he should have done and said.
