What a word with so many uses

Easy to write, accept no excuses

We could all use a little more green

Whether in your checkbook or planet earth’s scene

And then there’s the novice, said to be green

In factual matters he has not seen

Myself, I prefer the country to malls

Where greenery may be enjoyed by all.
