Ingle, now there’s an ending

Suppose it rhymes with chimes that dingle

Or Kris Kringle

I’ll join shoppers in the madness mingle

Or stay at home reading news, maybe not,

My spirit’s dwindling, not in the right spot

Even with all the decorations I’ve got

Maybe watch “White Christmas”with a drink that’s hot

And wait to hear some sleigh bells jingle.
