Rory’s Daily Four🍀

My home is a small one bedroom apartment, supposedly handicap fitted. However the only presence of that feature are side rails in the bathroom. I am grateful for them. The kitchen and countertops, appliances, are regular height, and cupboards inaccessible when sitting. Cooking or using the sink is difficult. But it is warm and I appreciate the newness of it, moving from a house built in 1940.

I love socializing but rarely do it. Moving from a small town with friends and people I knew to a small city is part of it. Getting around is more difficult. My family is my main social interaction.

That makes me laugh! My back is full of deteriorating, dissolving bad bones!😂 You’re talking of behaviors of course, and yes. I am much more calm than I used to be, patient, but I used to be quick tempered and extremely impatient. The old “with age comes wisdom” applies to my actions, not necessarily my mind.😉

This question makes me think of old ladies surviving on cat food. Just to be clear, not me–I have no cat and never fed them canned food when I did. So I’ll stick with this from “Stand By Me”:
