Yup, I’ve got one….people moving onto the second floor who have large dogs and run and play with them all night. Yes, folks I have a new upstairs neighbor with a big dog. Playing wouldn’t peeve me as much as its barking. Yesterday after a big play session, the dog was left alone and never stopped barking. Even headphones couldn’t stop me from hearing it. At one in the morning, can’t you take your dog outside to play? Ever heard of dog parks, or walking your dog? Yikes. If this continues I’ll be forced to make a complaint. I’ll give it a week or two and then I’m done.

I can’t go up the stairs to leave a note. There are rules, no noise from ten pm to eight am. Everyone knows them.

I don’t go over people’s heads, I go to the source. Have you ever lived in the bottom floor of an apartment or above? I have done both and I was smart enough not to stomp around and be noisy.
