Stretching, wiggling, washing it’s paws, the feral feline continued its surveillance of the wedged hedge where three upcoming baby birds happily chirped together. The temporary separation from their mother and nest sent chills up the cat’s spine and gastronomical gurgling in his empty stomach. The idea that he held a grudge against these cute creatures was horrid hogwash. The curious cat merely needed lunch after a long morning enforcing bylaw boundaries of the growing garden from snooping snakes and rummaging rats.
