
I had cold leftover spaghetti noodles; added sweet onion, celery, carrots, croutons, shredded mozzarella, and topped with “Kens Lite Italian dressing with Romano cheese”, my favorite light Italian dressing. It doesn’t have that odd flavoring so many others use. I needed a fresh cool lunch. I added what fresh veggies I had, but would have liked to add broccoli and cauliflower too. Yum!
