When blood pressure is high but you crave salt and detest the fake stuff🤢, try these. There are lots of different combinations and flavors to choose from and they are not expensive. We went wild with the garlic and herb on popcorn. You just add it to the butter while melting in the microwave to pour over popped corn. I am no photographer and hope you can read the ingredients, if not, let me know and I’ll resize them.






If you cant find them locally Amazon has them. I use them frequently on top of chicken or fish, wrap tightly with foil and bake.

cheryl..I have been making my own spice combinations since George’s heart attack. All without salt…and I discovered that buying the ingredients in bulk, then mixing my own comes out to about 37 cents per mrs. dash sized bottle. Dunno if you’d want to go there, it’s a pain when your arthritis acts up…lol
