How was your day?

Let me just say this is a very mild rant…

I have not been sleeping. That is a warning right there, feel free to delete anytime. I was woken from my five-am-finally-got-to-sleep respite at six by a sales call. It went downhill from there with a couple of perks.

My daughter called this afternoon telling me I have unclaimed money from the state of Texas. After trying access to the site on my phone, switched to the iPad for easier hunting. Turns out I have a couple and followed up by phone. Then I received emails with PDFs to print and return. No luck.

It seems when they fixed my WiFi and changed the address, my printer no longer recognizes my AirPrint program. This is a great program, btw, as long as you set it up correctly. Of course the printer options only give me a partial on the address and just a keyboard with letters. That’s not what I need. Every time I tried again, it timed out.

I finally looked online and as usual, Apple sends you four hundred places and no real answers. I called Canon, my printer manufacturer, and a cheery voice answered, then I was put on hold for ten minutes. Hearing nothing on the other end I hung up, dialed again. This time I could hear something like – I mean this – radio waves on the other end! So I waited again, for 13 minutes. Then I hung up and ordered a pizza.

Some days you need it.

Tomorrow I’ll try again.

  1. For the sleep – try the minerals (as mentioned above) and magnesium chloride flakes (I like life-flo – costs 12$) let them liquify in a shallow bowl – and apply to skin! Amazing! Also – can take some under the tongue – goes right to lymph flow

And sometimes hormones are impacting quality to sleep –
And so watch the milk (hormones in some dairy can wreak havoc)
And be sure to take a good multiple vitamin (like alive from natures way)
And two more thugs to consider as you explore what helps your sleep –
Maybe do a heavy metal 🤟🏼cleanse by getting a bottle of EDTA (it can do wonders for some folks – but we are all so different to just need to maybe try and see)
And then watch the blue light (get some cheap blue light blocker glasses on amazon –

Anyhow – sorry it was one of those days

    1. You mentioned that previously. This not a tablet but magnesium derived from Kelp. It is liquid. Not a multi either. Personally distrust pills, with multiples in them. I like my supplements front and centre… notice my spelling? Magnesium is also easily absorbed by skin, so if you dislike the taste? Cheers Jamie
