Ice and snow
Going nowhere
Everything’s closed
It is winter, should be prepared

Cabin fever, tempers flared
Schools are closed
Dogs warm nosed
Satellite out, so no tv
Wifi is the choice for me
iPad is working still
Writing, my time will fill
It’s temporary, it won’t last
This weather will soon pass
Then you ask, faking obtuse
After this, what’s your excuse?
Sometimes a life of leisure
Isn’t the imagined treasure.
It will soon be Spring!
