Sharing a smile, a drink or a beer

Everyone seems to have fun here

A nice pleasant gathering place

Always having a friendly face

Where barkeeps masque your hectic pace.

You relax while ordering another round

As the barkeep jokingly, says “bottoms down”!

Of course he thinks he’s very clever

Knowing that phrase is hardly ever

Used, it’s always, “bottoms up”!

So he’ll have to refill your cup

Therefore making him more money

Than you just sitting with your honey.
