As I searched for pictures of broken wire I came upon this image and the one below. Thinking of the hopefulness and anticipation of the children and parents seeking a better life, I picture this as a result of their disappointment.
Below, I think anticipation may be met with surprise before realizing it was just a governmental trap after all.
