The neighbors love their shelter pet
The homeless ones you can get
A nice way to show you care
But furry pets I am beware.

Furry creatures can be harmful
When you have an armful.

It’s not the fur, it’s the dander
Had to say it with all candor
Sorry but they make me sneeze
Around animals I’m not at ease.

Our son (an adult) is allergic to cat dander and sneezes whenever he comes over to visit us…and our cat.

My whole family is allergic. My grandkids have a shelter dog, sweet and loving, but my daughter has to be careful petting her. 💁🏻
