Set the dials to the destination
For the royal wedding’s duration
Thought I’d completed the assignation
Then awoke to find frustration
Thinking what in tarnation?
Excitement turned to sad deflation
Upset to miss it, tried to ration
DVR causing palpitations
Thought there’d be no complication
Now have to settle, with no placation.
