Month of Mini Writing Challenges 15

September 15.  Write a 50 word story set in the year you were born.

In 1946, mom was pregnant with me, being her fourth child, and she the age of forty. I was to be the first of us born in a hospital.  Six years since her last birth and she was finally going to have help, possibly some pain medication. She was tough!
