September 6. Write about a cave, any length.
I have this friend who is a recluse
For other persons he has no use
All alone in his cave
Sometimes does not behave
At least not like you or I
He likes the creatures that he spies
Crawling, running all around
Some are good eating he has found.
That’s not his only trait
Visitors suffer that same fate
He’s a little strange it’s true
And I’m just warning you –
If you come upon a cave
Hear someone talking, it could be Dave.
Seeing him I’d give wide berth
You wouldn’t want to increase his girth.

No cave exploring for me! I was done at the bugs part anyway.
