This is bad news. Schools may lose state funding if not back to normal by certain date? Crazy! At least our governor is taking some action. From the Wyoming Tribune Eagle today:

Joe pryed open the gate to secretly meet Mike and Jack. It was the annual initiation for the new members of “Mischief Men”, a club started by Joe’s late father, a source of pride for thek men in the family. Crossing the line into Farmer Jones’ field was a dangerous task, for he was known to mete out harsh rewards for trespassing.
The initiation involved stealing a pig from Mr. Jones’ backyard without causing it to squeal in fear and alert the owner.
If this task was successfully completed without any of the initiates suffering a round of buckshot, a barbecue was held at Joe’s house where the new club members enjoyed the meat of their labor.
Heady fragrance lingers
A candle snuffed
Black soot on my fingers

Into forgetfulness

Chilly snowy day here in WY. Scootered out to pay rent and mail bills. Still haven’t retrieved my mail. Grandson called to check if I needed anything. My King Soopers order should come in an hour or so. I’m anxious to see what exactly I get🙄😳🤠

Most spoke of the low but omnipresent rumble of water, or its dulcet lap against a hull, but that was not how he missed the sea. He missed this sight you see, the satiny ruffles of various blues dotted with sparkles from the sun or moon. He longed for the emersion, endless floating, quietly on calm waves.
