For me it is Senator Durbin and his closing statement on 10/27/21 defending AG Garland after he was rudely grilled by repetitive questions. These overbearing congressmen and women are out of control in these circumstances. Instead of asking one question and waiting for an answer, they berate and speechify their opinions and rhetoric for the camera. There is no expected decorum in these sessions accomplishing anything, it is just the actions of a three year old playground.

“Book’em, Danno”was my first thought when seeing the prompt and that shows how my morning’s going. I woke up dreaming of the past which is usually never good because it leads to depressing thoughts of the old woulda coulda shoulda syndrome. You know the one, reliving something stupid you said or did. We all have them, at least I think we all do, well with the exception of Trump. Surprise—I’m leaving it there, for a while, till after coffee.
I’m not a fan of getting up in the dark and it’s cold. I’d much rather be blinded at five am with sunshine. Even a child running in the room and jumping on the bed with a Halloween boo would be preferable🎃.

Everyone who works in this department thinks great things; that nothing is impossible if you work hard, then creates those things in usable form. Watch your step here, you wouldn’t want to fall. You never know what old Jonesy is working on down there,” chuckling.
“Gee, Mr. Smythe, this sure is awesome”, fiddling with a screwdriver. Jerry unwittingly unscrews a huge loose bolt, sending it plummeting towards Jonesy’s area.
“Fore!” Mr. Smythe yells.

Fandango’s Friday Flashback 10-29-17
Each doll had a body, no head
The children had hidden them under their bed
The children were vicious it is true
Not like the children of me or you
They ripped dolls apart, thought it was fun
Put their heads in a tray. . .every one
They weren’t allowed costumes to go out for a treat
Thought breaking up dolls would be just as neat
They left them headless which was great scary fare
Trick or treaters saw severed heads in a layer
It frightened them so they forgot their treats
Then the shut-in children had lots to eat.
