1.  As a child, how did you make extra pocket money? The only pocket money I had was a dime when accompanying my grandfather to the movies.

2.  What did you spend your pocket money on? A treat at the movie theater.

3.  Was your first pay packet in cash, cheque (check) or directly into your bank? It was a government check which my father confiscated immediately.

4.  Have you ever received a discount for paying for something in cash? No.

“What shall I choose, la madre” the AI voice asked timidly. The voice was similar to her creator but with a Spanish accent, completely perfect, thought the woman. Adjusting the correct volume and accent was key because the older woman was losing her hearing. One of the reasons she decided to make a model of herself in the beginning was to perfect her personal conditions, one being hearing now that she’s seventy five. All of her work and training in the fairly new AI field added to her ability to create “Maria”, her AI twin.
“You mean hermana” she corrected.

6. Waiting, waiting, not my specialty. I’ve always been impatient, even when trying to write a difficult poetry form. I feel I should be able to complete any challenge here on the blog and probably have only not answered a challenge two times. In ten years I have learned of many new ones, so if I missed your older ones, I’m sorry. I usually find new ones by reading your blogs and try to put info for all on my post so maybe a new reader will pick it up. I also miss some of the older blog challenges or prompts and hope they’ll return! Thanks to all!👍🏻

This prompt comes at the perfect time. Last night I spent an hour trying to thread some twine through a few wooden pumpkin plaques. They were about two inches around and the twine tiny and easily shredded. It’s been a long time since I tried to do anything crafty because my left hand won’t cooperate much. But this was a simple task I did complete. I would like to try painting or drawing, but hmmmn…we’ll see.🥴
