Sitting in peace, reading the paper in a sweet, mellow, restful agenda, sat Jimmy Jones, in his secret identity, adrift in the unknowing media sea and him with a song in his heart, maintaining a soothing contemplative state. The television office personnel knew not to bother him until it was time for the big show. At that time, Jimmy would reveal his public persona, with loud harsh words donning his Crazy Cornac wrestling outfit. Thumping along the wrestling ropes surrounding the ring, he gnashed his teeth and swore impending victory over his opponent.

No Theme Thursday 2

Another night. He might as well just sit here til dawn. It was 2:31 and he had to be up at 6:30 anyway, for a new appointment at a new facility. Maybe they could help him this time, maybe they would listen. He didn’t blame them really, for not understanding— that nothing they suggested worked. The pain was there, wasn’t going away and it had been months. Going to bed no matter how early or late, it didn’t matter. Nothing he tried let him sleep, let him forget. The candle was almost gone, the only company he had, flickered and died. It was 4:00 now, only a few hours left til daylight when he could forget for a while.

The Sunday Whirl

The garden was coming alive in exultation with the dandelion weed dancers swaying and hibiscus in tiny flowered purple robes seemed to sing as if at a church tea where golden daffodil signs of hope whispered amen. The breeze caused squirrels to visit, smelling nuts scattered by the gardeners. It was time to forget the cold swath of winter winds and adore a warm spring breeze.

Six Sentence Story

Going “into the light” may actually be easier and cause less stress to everyone around you than trying to use Word Press these days. It would require some light on the men behind the curtains to see what and how they have totally screwed up what used to be a fairly easy platform for a blog. Trying to log in, in case you might want to comment on another’s post, takes a key, a sword, and a light happy dance to access their blog. In light of these ongoing changes, password requirements and constant fiddling around, blogging on WP is getting to be a real pain in the butt (just to put it elegantly). I write on my iPhone, my iPad and use the same handle and email address for the last nine years and yet I am asked to shed light on my identity repeatedly. Would someone please tell WP to lighten up and just let us write or put photos, or rant, or inform as we used to be able to do?
