MLMM Wordle

Mildred was one of a kind, always sporting the biggest smile, no filter or boundaries on her words, and she expressed every thought. This might think an excess to some, but Mildred could consume your external borders with minimum effort. Your face would duplicate hers immediately as if you had no choice, and your screen would be improved. A frozen personality would instantly succumb to Mildred’s charms and will. I often wonder if she was a wizard?

“Three Days of the Condor”

We have (enjoyed) daily thunderstorms so I choose to watch an old movie then. Today I chose this one and it does not disappoint! Of course I watched it when it first came out in a movie theater back in the day😂. It was made fifty years ago but worth every minute.I looked up Sidney Pollack because I’ve always liked his movies only to be saddened by the fact he died from cancer at 73, in 2004😳😥. Ffin’ cancer😡.

Here are this week’s questions:

  1. Does your kitchen have a pantry or utility room? My apartment has a laundry room that connects the bedroom and bathroom with a really nice washer and dryer and shelving. No pantry in kitchen.
  2. How good are you at DIY? I used to be very good at it since my husband was not.
  3. Does your home lack something you wish it had? (ie. an open fire, second bathroom, garage, etc). I long since gave up wanting those things after moving into an apartment. The thing I miss most is having a charcoal grill which is not allowed on these apartment patios.
  4. Are you an early bird or night owl? Both unfortunately 😵‍💫

Gratitude: I am grateful my family members are back in town after their jaunt to the east coast and readily await the stories!🩷

The Sunday Whirl

Unfurl all the glittering confetti streamers, scatter them to the wind and and let them speak a voracious sign that we are celebrating! Our sore minds have been split into grim decks, leaving most of our hearts on the ground like a pile of empties. We need to band together, crumble grim thoughts and enjoy the here and now. Ask a child how their day is going and join them in their delight of something new to them.
