He was only one called a few times years before, saving structures was his specialty. Then as the climate began to change the entire office seemed busy with calls for help. They were a unique business, and their secrets were never told by the ones they aided. Their work was usually done in the black of night, with only an occasional owl as witness. Fred, in charge of floods, was here this evening to save as many homes and families as he could. His partner in this section of the business was Flora who was the people helper. Together they saved as many homes as they could during flood season.
