Mobile has changed meaning in my small world. Sixty years ago it was a toy hung above my baby’s crib to entertain them before sleep. Years later, it meant I could be mobile with a station wagon and car seats. Then came the cellular phone, then a luxury. Now a cell phone is almost a necessity as stationery phones in booths have disappeared. Personally, it is my lifeline and on my body at all times.
