Something I learned in November was I can’t believe everything my doctors say or what they prescribe to be right for me. My job as a patient is to be my own advocate, speak up, question and basically be a pita when they only want fifteen minutes. Multiple issues need to be researched at reliable medical sources. My doctor I like, but he can’t know or read everything, whereas I have plenty of time. I’m not saying be obnoxious and demanding, but do get your questions answered. I’m lucky to have a doc that will do that.

Most of mine now lack the confidence of those I had a couple of decades ago. I have reasonable one at the moment who is open and tries hard.

Good to know you have a good doc. If we get an appointment, we can only discuss one thing per appointment. Multi issues are therefore a problem.
