“Let’s go on a cruise, it’ll be fun”, she said

Pictured a luxury liner in my head

Then as we arrived on the dock

Looked at her as I’m in shock

“It’s a pirate ship”, I exclaimed!

“It’s going to be great”, she proclaimed.

I looked at her, my expression blank

“Better enjoy, or you’ll walk the plank!”

Threats aside we did have a great time

Next vacation, her choice will be fine.
