I chose number six:
The worst injury I had as a child was almost drowning. My entire family plus cousins were at a lake in a big picnic get together. I had taken swimming lessons in an ice cold brook and hated it, but I could keep myself above water. My much bigger, not well liked cousin decided to pull me under. I yelled for help and the adults were all talking and didn’t hear me. The ledge I was standing on disappeared and I found myself going deep with my cousin pushing me down on top of me. Finally my oldest brother-in-law saw and jumped in to find me. To this day I don’t care to be over my head in unknown waters. Glub, glub, glub.

I don’t blame you Cheryl! I would not want to be over my head in unknown waters either, if I’d almost drowned! X
