I can relate……… selling a house with nowhere to go and ending up on the road with a dog and a tent during one of the wettest years on record (2007) was not my kind of fun.
It was always a given when one of my sisters and family drove into our camping spot, clouds formed…but my brother-in-law always pointed out a spot of blue somewhere in the sky…I miss them. I don’t miss digging trenches around the tent but liked the smell of rain in the canvas😀

Sounds like it could be kind of blissful to me. Especially if you’re off-grid and can escape the lunacy of the world.
