Being creative with expression in today’s world seems to have gone way too far off the mark. Words expressed in accusing manners (and I must add that I have been accusatory here on the blog) are detrimental to making valid points. Once you start using epithets people are usually turned off and stop listening.
Frustration feeds on this and soon it all gets out of control and ends up in violent action. I think anonymous texting and emailing is supplementing this problem.
When a member of our government can write and speak epithets in a public forum with no consequence, this country has a problem.
When a president of our nation can spout trash talk and act irresponsibly, it is dangerous and inflammatory and we have a problem. Freedom of speech was never meant to allow this, in my opinion.
